I had a blast yesterday in DC, we came see the blossom cherry with my friends! It is amazing I highly recommend it :)

Croissants session
It was not easy to try to bake coissants. . . Hélène told me though I wanted to try. Well for my defense the yeast was outdated hiiii :) Don't hate me people if I gave you some . . . what does not kill us makes us stronger!
